A pan of this type would have been used in jam or preserves making, for dairy creaming or pickling. The Pan is in remarkably good condition for its age and has a charming polished patina that is regaining an antique patination with age. Would make a wonderful display piece for flowers or for use as a table centrepiece or stunning fruit bowl.
